La Fundaci\u00f3 Astrid-21 va n\u00e9ixer com a associaci\u00f3 el 18 de febrer del 1989. Treballa en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 d\u2019infants, joves i adults amb s\u00edndrome de Down o altres discapacitats intel\u00b7lectuals.
